Come and joins us for our 40th anniversary celebrations in 2025, if you come every year, have never been before or haven’t been in a while - we would love you to come and join us from Saturday August 2nd to Friday 8th August.
We will be celebrating four decades of lives transformed, lifelong friendships and experiencing God’s renewal in a truly special place.
Accommodation Options:
1. Castlewellan Forest Park Camping and Caravanning: Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature within Castlewellan Forest Park. Camp or caravan amidst serene surroundings, allowing for a peaceful retreat close to the heart of the week's activities. Booking for this opens on the 14th January at 10 am. [Click here to book]
Starting in 2025, the former Forest Service ‘Touring in the Trees’ Caravan Site will move into the management of Newry Mourne and Down District Council. Renamed ‘Drumbuck Wood’, this site will be bookable through the same link.

2. Carrigs Road, Newcastle - Camping and Caravanning : Explore our budget-friendly camping and caravanning site just a three miles away at Carrigs Road, Newcastle. This costs £18 per night for per unit (carcan, motor home or tent) , it includes essential amenities like showers and toilets, although there's no electric hook-up. This option can be booked using the conference booking form.
4. Local Accommodation: Stay off-site in various local accommodations and attend the conference every day or on days that suit you. Day visitors are always welcome, offering flexibility for those not staying on site.
5. Conference Booking: Conference Booking will open at the end of January
Conference Fees for 2025 (until May 1st ) :
Full week (7 days)
Adult: £105
Youth & Children (3-18): £85
Children under 3: £55
Day visitors fees are £20 per full day and £10 per half day.
Note: you can attend as a Day visitor for up to 3 days after that you will need to pay the full conference fee.
The Carrigs Road campsite can also be booked using this form.
After May first the conference fees will increase by £20 for adults, youth & children and £5 for under 3’s.
