About Castlewellan Holiday Week
Castlewellan Holiday Week is a seven day Christian festival held in August each year.
Since 1985, Castlewellan Holiday Week has existed for one reason: to bring people nearer to God, together, whatever their age or stage of life.
MEETING GOD TOGETHER
Each day starts with scripture, praise and prayer. We come to listen, sing and be still, and to meet God together in the Holy Spirit.
FAITH FOR EVERY AGE
Our children's and youth programmes are full of fun, teaching and worship. Young people grow in faith alongside leaders who care for them, and the whole family is part of the same week.
A PLACE TO BELONG
Whether you're coming with a full car, on your own or for the first time, there's a place for you. We welcome everyone.
JOY IN EVERYTHING
We make room for laughter, games and food, and for the sunshine, the rain, the dish washing and meals together. Faith is lived out in ordinary moments, and it's more fun when it's shared.
